The other day I decided to try the Isagenix Strawberry meal replacement and I must say I was impressed with the nutrient density of it overall. I used a Ninja Nutri Pro Compact Blender to mix some water, ice and a few berries with the Isagenix Strawberry meal replacement. I really liked it, the strawberry flavor was nice, with the berries it did come out just a bit on the thick side but that ‘s what smoothies do really isn’t it?
The meal filled me up for a few hours, and I was able to work out and hit the weights after and didn’t feel any lack of energy perhaps from the extra boost on the berries I imagine? I enjoyed it, and I highly recommend trying it. The one downside of strawberry is that apart from a banana I don’t know just off the top of my head what it would go well with. Perhaps a banana and some oatmeal, but I did find the that thickness means that I myself recommend water vs milk as your liquid since it does come out on the thick side so even without the berries it may be a bit thicker than what you think it will be.
The meal replacement shakes are nice in that they have a nice side benefit of saving some money since all the nutrition that you would need is right there in the shakes. We all know the price of inflation is going through the roof, and the price per shake is significantly less than your steak or even cheap source of protein such as frozen chicken.
